If you were at worship on Sunday you heard that Dave Long, a longtime pastor in the RPCNA, passed away on Saturday. I only had the opportunity to meet Dave twice, but each time I was blessed. Dave was the epitome of a Reformed Presbyterian pastor--loving, gentle, and caring. We came into the RPCNA because of men like Dave. He was a kind-hearted, loving, empathic pastor who deeply cared for God's sheep.

His congregation and family will miss him dearly, but we rest in the assurance that God will raise him from the dead on the last day. Please pray for the Long family this week.
